Calling all Artists, Vendors and Crafters:

You may register to become a vendor and pay by credit card below via Eventbrite, subject to Eventbrite transaction fees – OR – you may download the Application Form here and mail it to The Wagnalls Memorial, with a check made payable to: Wagnalls Memorial Preservation Fund Inc. The Preservation Fund is the 501c3 organization. All bookings are considered to be tax-deductible donations.

Two great days of Art & Entertainment

Artist, Vendor and Crafter Fees:

  1. Early Bird Fee: $55.00 security deposit, on or before Friday, August 26, 2021.
  2. Artist/Vendor Fee: $75 after Friday, August 26, 2021.

Deadline: Secures your space by Friday October, 8 2021 at 5:00 p.m.

  • The show will be held in our Community Center building, located just next to the Library on our property
  • Setup begins at 7:30 AM
  • Public hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Teardown: 4:00 – 5:30 PM
  • Parking will be available in our lot
  • Vendors are responsible for cleaning their own area
  • Food and beverages will be available for purchase
  • Vendors must use the tables provided by Wagnalls
  • Tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis
